Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to NexCard
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all content you upload
• You must not upload content that violates intellectual property rights

Our Intellectual Property

NexCard, our logo, and all related technologies are owned by Gopafy Technologies. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Subscription Plans

• We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• You must keep your payment information current and accurate
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Compatibility with your devices or other software
• Availability of the service at all times

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gopafy Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or delays
• Unauthorized access to your account or information
• Errors or omissions in our services
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Upon termination:
